1. Awake, my soul, and with the sun, thy daily stage of duty run; Shake off dull sloth, and early rise to pay thy morning sacrifice.
2. Lord, I my vows to Thee renew. Disperse my sins as morning dew; Guard my first springs of thought and will; and with Thyself my spirit fill.
3. Direct, control, suggest, this day, all I design or do or say, That all my pow'rs, with all their might, in Thy sole glory may unite.
4. Praise God, from whom all blessings flow; praise Him all creatures here below; Praise Him above, ye heav'enly host; praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. James 1:17
1. Lord, speak to me that I may speak In living echoes of your tone; As you have so't, so let me seek Your erring children, lost and lone.
2. Oh, use me, Lord, use even me Just as you will, and when, and where, Until your blessèd face I see, Your rest, your joy, your glory share. Amen
DANIEL 3: 1-30
TOPIC: MAKING THE RIGHT AND GODLY CHOICES TEXT: DANIEL 3: 1-30 AIM: The aim of the study is to understand the importance of making the right and Godly choices in our daily life and Christian living. To understand the impacts of the choices in our daily and Christian journey. INTRODUCTION: We are daily faced with making choices on different matters of our lives. It ranges from the clothes we wear, the choice of whom to marry, the choice of the career to pursue and to other choices we make in our lives as human beings. However, as Christians, the bible admonishes us to consult God in our decision making and for us to align with His will for our lives and not lean on our own understanding. (Prov 3: 5-6). We are to make Godly and right choices, which means, to be obedient to God’s instruction and to obey his laws as exemplified by the three Hebrew men in the chapter read (also see Exodus 20: 4-6). QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSION. 1. What does it mean to make Godly and right choice. (Hebrew 11: 6, Joshua 24: 15, Prov 3:5, Psalm 86: 11. 2. What kind of attitude should we have when we make the right choice as instructed by God. (Daniel 3: 6, Mathew 26: 39, Genesis 22: (Abram obedience to sacrifice his son). 3. When will make Godly and right choice, does God always show up for us? Give a personal experience. CONCLUSION: It is important for us to align our choices with Gods plan and to obey his commandment in all situations and to make the right and Godly choice no matter how difficult the situation might be. Godly and right choices often come with its own pain, suffering and challenges but in all of these we are more than conquerors. (Romans 8:37) Memory Verse: Proverbs: 3:5 -6. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the Virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He ascended into heaven,
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.
Amen.
Almighty God, who alone can bring order to the unruly wills and passions of sinful men; give us grace, to love what You promise; that in all the changes and chances of this world, our hearts may surely there be fixed, where lasting joys are to be found; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD my God, He is the One who goes with me. He will not leave me nor forsake me. Deuteronomy 31 vs 6

1. When we walk with the Lord in the light of his word, What a glory he sheds on our way! While we do his good will, He abides with us still, and with all who will trust and obey. Refrain: Trust and obey, for there's no other way to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey.
2. Not a burden we bear, not a sorrow we share, but our toil he doth richly repay; Not a grief or a loss, not a frown or a cross, but is blest if we trust and obey. Refrain.
3. But we never can prove the delights of his love until all on the altar we lay; For the favor he shows, for the joy he bestows, are for them who will trust and obey. Refrain.
4. Then in fellowship sweet we will sit at his feet, or we'll walk by his side in the way; What he says we will do, where he sends we will go; never fear, only trust and obey. Refrain. Amen.
